1. INFO: Probe - $30
   To conduct thorough background and asset research on a business, choose an Info: PROBE search. An Info: PROBE searches through millions of public records relating to businesses and reports back with a list of business-related databases which have data matching your search request. (See 4 above for data bases searched)
2. On-Site Civil & Criminal Court Research - $35
   To supplement your INFO: PROBE research, Selection Management offers a nationwide system of on-site civil and criminal court searches. We literally take computers to each courthouse to bring you up-to-the-minute index of case filings. This invaluable "delayed access" research has varied turn-around times depending upon court access and geographic region.
3. Dun & Bradstreet - $35
   Dun & Bradstreet reports can contain a wealth of corporate information on over 10 million businesses nationwide.
4. Vehicle Searches - $25
   To identify the vehicles owned by a business, and locate the owner(s) of a vehicle, conduct a search through Insight’s system of vehicle searches. Availability and turn-around time vary.

1. Address Update - $38
   Using a previous address, these searches will confirm names, provide the most current address, and the date that address was reported. Also provides Social Security number, year of birth, and spouse name.
2. Bankruptcies, Liens and Judgments - $20
   This search provides derogatory financial information on individuals and businesses, such as bankruptcies, federal, state and county tax liens, judgments and notices of default. Also provides names, addresses, and Social Security numbers. Bankruptcy information includes debtor information, attorney and trustee names.
   Bankruptcy search may be performed by one of three methods: (1) Debtor name; (2) Attorney Name; (3) Trustee name.
3. Business Credit I Market Identifier - $50
   This report provides the name and address of a company, its Standard Industrial Code (SCI), self-reported annual sales and growth amounts, and names of its principal officers.
4. Business Credit II- Trade History - $100
   This report provides a payment history based on creditor-provided information, including public record information and key facts (e.g. tax liens, UCC’s, etc.) when available.
5. Civil Filings
   • On-Line ($60) Identifies cases in which an individual or business is involved as either a plaintiff or defendant. Includes file dates and numbers, named parties and court location.
   • On-Site ($100) Identifies cases in which an individual or business is involved as either a plaintiff or defendant. Includes file dates and numbers, named parties and court location.
6. Corporations & Limited Partnerships - $20
   • Confirms that a business is registered to do business in a given state.
   • A search by a person’s name identifies companies for which individuals by that name are listed as the senior officer.
   • A search by company name identifies the officers as well as the other companies that identify a senior officer by the same name.
7. Criminal Records
   • On-Line (per County - $20) Provides file numbers and dates, parties involved, and nature of charges. Date of birth and SSN are recommended in order to perform and complete search.
   • On-Site (per County - $40) Provides file numbers and dates, parties involved, nature of change and dispositions. Date of birth and SSN are recommended in order to perform a complete search.
8. Driver Records - $10 (plus State fee)
   Provides three-year driving history including physical description, accidents, tickets, and actions taken against an individual.
9. Dun & Bradstreet Business Information Report - $100
   Provides banking information, payments records, business history and operations, public record information (including lawsuits, liens, bankruptcies, and UCC filings), and principals’ names and addresses.
10. FAA Aircraft Ownership by Name - $40
    This database is comprised of all currently registered individuals or businesses that own aircraft throughout the United States. It includes owner address, registration information and a description of the aircraft.
11. FAA Airman Directory - $40
    This databases identifies name of the airman, full mailing address, certificate class and date of last medical exam.
12. Fictitious Business Name Filings - $20
    Verifies that a Fictitious Business Name statement was filed by an individual or business. Provides owners' name(s) and address(s) as well as original file date. (Note: FBN’s must be renewed every 5 years.)
13. IRS TaxAgents & Practitioners - $12
    IRS Enrolled Agents identify individuals currently registered with the IRS to represent individuals before the IRS, acting as power of attorney, practice tax law and prepare and sign tax returns. Results include name, address, enrollment number and office of registration.
    IRS Practitioners identify persons currently listed with the IRS as those who can prepare and sign tax returns and file electronically. The search provides name, company affiliation, address and account number, and office of registration, purpose of registration, entry and date of last change.
14. National Death Locator - $40
    Using a name this search will provide a name, date of birth and state of last residence of a deceased individual. Includes zip code of individual who received Social Security lump sum death payments.
15. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) - $40
    Includes inspection date, type, scope and activity umber, violations and penalties assessed, accident information, hazardous substance reports, and administrative/payment history. Dun & Bradstreet numbers, SIC codes and number of employees may appear.
16. Physician Profile - $25
    Provides background information on every physician licensed to practice medicine in the U.S. Search results may include medical school and year of graduation; residency institution, duration and specialization; American Board of Medical Specialty Certifications; states in which the physician is currently licensed; historical license data; and records of sanctions or disciplinary actions taken against a physician from all states.
17. Professional Licensing - $35
    When searching for an individual, who may hold a professional license, this search may provide the name and address of an individual who is licensed to perform a professional service. Confirms license number, issuance date and status.
18. Real Property ownership, Refinance, Construction Loan and Seller Carry-Back Searches By Name, Address or Range of Addresses - $30
    The results of this search will provide the property holdings of an individual or a business including a history of sales transactions. Also included are assessed value, land value and improved value. Most results include sale date, sale amount, lender information and first mortgage information. Included where available, and for no extra charge, is refinance, construction loan and seller carry-back records.
19. Significant Shareholders - $12
    Identifies both individuals who hold at least 5% of a publicly traded company, and registered insiders (e.g., officers, directors and beneficial owners).
20. Uniform Commercial Code of Searches - $32
    The results of this search verify that assets or collateral were secured by another party. Identifies the debtor and secured party, and may provide addresses, fictitious business names, Social Security Numbers and Federal Tax ID Numbers.
21. Vehicle Searches - $25
    Provides information on vehicle registration (by license number or vehicle identification number), and/or vehicle ownership by name (automated name index-"ANI"). Input criteria and coverage vary by state.
22. Watercraft Searches - $30
    Provides information on merchant and recreational vessels weighing no less that five net tons (approximately 27 feet or more) owned by U.S. citizens and corporations. The search will provide vessel name, owner name address, ID number, vessel description, certificate status, home port, trade indicator, service type and vessel weight and size.
